Espace Urbain Studio
Our 3500 square foot studio offers four different creative spaces as well as a multitude of accessories available for all your photo and video projects. The perfect space to accommodate small and large production teams looking to realize their creative ideas.
Our spaces
Discover the different studios that will give life to your creations. Our prices include the cyclo studio, the New York lounge and the vintage lounge. For an additional $50 you can have access to the black studio.
The white cyclo
Our 50 m² (24 x 23 feet) shooting studio has a 12-foot ceiling and a 180-degree cyclorama. Three 20-foot metal bars on the ceiling allow you to suspend your lighting system. You can control the light with curtains and install flashes according to your needs.
The black studio
Our 30 m² (22 x 15 ft) all-black room, with a 12-foot ceiling, is ideal for all your video projects or photo shoots that require light effects and projections. It is available with LED video lights or flashes, and offers the possibility of adding different color backgrounds. Perfect for product photos, portraits with controlled lighting, or any other creative project.
Le salon New-Yorkais
Plongez dans l’ambiance chic et urbaine de notre salon new-yorkais, un espace de shooting photo unique. Ce studio est décoré avec un style new-yorkais distinctif : des murs blancs éclatants ornés de moulures élégantes, des fauteuils aux couleurs pastel, des plantes luxuriantes, des cadres artistiques et des tapis stylisés. La pièce est éclairée par une belle lumière naturelle qui est facilement contrôlable grâce aux rideaux.
The vintage living room
Perfect for original photo shoots, our vintage living room is carefully decorated to recreate the atmosphere of the past. This studio is a real treasure for vintage lovers, offering an eclectic collection of period objects: corded telephones, vintage magazines, vinyl records, and sound boxes. Since they are side by side, the vintage living room is also illuminated by natural light that can be controlled thanks to the curtains.

2. Rental deposit
A deposit relating to your rental will be requested 24 hours before the rental and refunded 24 hours after according to the inspection of the premises. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Our regulations and policies
The regulations that you must respect when renting our studios for your project.
- No outdoor shoes.
- No strolling around the building is allowed.
- No glitter, confetti, flour, feathers, feathers, smoke bombs, candles, incense, paint and cigarettes.
- All furniture and objects must be returned to their original place.
- In the event of damage to the CYCLO curve, video lights, flashes, flashes, floors, furniture, carpets, accessories, plants, or other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repairs or replacements.
- The reservation starts at the time you book and ends at the time it is booked.
- The time required to set up and clean the studio is taken into account in the Total reservation time.
- The only adhesive tape (Scotch tape) allowed is the one provided by the studio.
- The two keys/magnetic toilet cards must be returned in their place in case of loss or theft they will be invoiced to you.
- Let us know if you have a pet.
- It is not allowed to keep the building door open
- The name compliance with the instructions written above may result in the preservation of the security deposit.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to validate the rental.
- A security (or security) deposit of $150 is required on rental day. This is returned to you if all equipment, furniture, floors and objects are left in their original condition.
- The reservation starts at the time you book and ends at the time it is booked. You will be charged an additional $15 for each 15 minutes. Ex.: your reservation ends at 13:00 and you leave the premises at 13:15, you will be charged $15... if you leave the premises at 13:30 you will be charged $30.
- The time required to set up and clean the studio is taken into account in the booking time.
- Evaluate your rental time correctly at the time of booking. If you need more time, add an additional 1 hour.
- The refund is made in case of cancellation up to 10 days before the reservation date.
- No refunds are granted after the 10-day deadline. After this period we can postpone your reservation to a later date.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours, no reservation is postponed unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
- The installation and cleaning time are taken into account in the reservation time.
- All furniture and plants must be put back in place at the end of the rental.
- If not reinstalled, a cleaning fee will be applied, up to $150 depending on the condition of the studio.
- In the event of damage to the CYCLO curve, video lights, flashes, flashes, floors, furniture, carpets, accessories, plants, or other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repairs or replacements.
- It is requested to walk with indoor shoes or to cover your shoes with the shoe covers that we provide you with.
