Our 3500 sq ft studio offers four different creative spaces as well as a multitude of accessories available for all your photo and video projects. The perfect space to accommodate small and large production teams looking to realize their creative ideas.
Our spaces
Discover the different studios that will bring your creations to life. Our prices include the cyclorama studio, the New York lounge, and the vintage lounge. For an additional $50 you can have access to the black studio.
The white cyclorama
Our 50 m² (24 x 23 ft) shooting studio has a 12 ft ceiling and a 180-degree cyclorama. Three 20 ft metal bars on the ceiling allow you to suspend your lighting system. You can control the light with curtains and install flashes as needed.
The black studio
Our entirely black 30 m² (22 x 15 ft) room, with a 12 ft ceiling, is ideal for all your video projects or photo shoots requiring lighting effects and projections. It is available with LED video lights or flashes, and offers the possibility of adding different colored backdrops. Perfect for product photos, portraits with controlled lighting, or any other creative project.
The New York lounge
Immerse yourself in the chic and urban atmosphere of our New York lounge, a unique photo shooting space. This studio is decorated with a distinctive New York style: bright white walls adorned with elegant moldings, pastel-colored armchairs, lush plants, artistic frames, and stylized rugs. The room is illuminated by beautiful natural light that is easily controllable thanks to the curtains.
The vintage lounge
Perfect for original photo shoots, our vintage lounge is carefully decorated to recreate the atmosphere of yesteryear. This studio is a real treasure for vintage lovers, offering an eclectic collection of period objects: corded phones, old magazines, vinyl records, and sound cases. As they are side by side, the vintage lounge is also lit by natural light that can be controlled thanks to the curtains.

1. Check studio availability
We like to have a human approach and talk to our clients, which is why you need to contact us directly. You just have to choose your favorite contact method:

2. Rental deposit
A deposit related to your rental will be requested 24 hours before the rental and refunded 24 hours after, subject to inspection of the premises. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Our rules and policies
The rules you must respect when renting our studio for your project.
- Refunds are granted in case of cancellation up to 10 days before the booking date.
- No refunds are granted after the 10-day period. After this period, we can reschedule your booking for a later date.
- No outdoor shoes.
- No loitering in the building is permitted.
- No glitter, confetti, flour, feathers, smoke bombs, candles, incense, paint, or cigarettes.
- All furniture and objects must be returned to their original place.
- In case of damage to the CYCLO curve, video lights, flashes, floor, furniture, rugs, accessories, plants, or any other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repair or replacement.
- The booking starts at the time you book and ends at the time it is booked.
- Setup and cleanup time is included in the total booking time.
- The only adhesive tape allowed is the one provided by the studio.
- The two toilet keys/magnetic cards must be returned to their place. In case of loss or theft, you will be charged for them.
- Notify us if you have a pet.
- It is not permitted to keep the building door open.
- Failure to comply with the instructions written above may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to validate the rental.
- A security deposit of $150 is required on the day of rental. This will be returned to you if all materials, furniture, floors, and objects are left in their original condition.
- The booking starts at the time you book and ends at the time it is reserved. A surcharge of $15 will be charged for every 15-minute increment. Ex: your booking ends at 1 p.m. and you leave at 1:15 p.m., you will be charged $15... if you leave at 1:30 p.m., you will be charged $30.
- Setup and cleanup time or studio cleaning is included in the booking time.
- Accurately estimate your rental time when booking. If you need more time, add an additional hour.

- All furniture and plants must be put back in place at the end of the rental.
- In case of failure to put back in place, cleaning fees will be applied, which may be up to $150 depending on the state of the studio.
- In case of damage to the CYCLO curve, video lights, flashes, floor, furniture, rugs, accessories, plants, or any other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repair or replacement.
- You are asked to wear indoor shoes or cover your shoes with the shoe covers we provide.
