Our 3,500 square foot studio offers four distinct creative spaces and a multitude of accessories for all your photo and video projects. It's the perfect space to accommodate small and large production teams looking to bring their creative ideas to life.
Our spaces
Discover the different studios that will bring your creations to life. Our prices include access to the cyclorama studio, the New York living room, and the vintage lounge. For an additional $50, you can access the black studio.
The white cyclorama
Our 50 m² (24 x 23 ft) shooting studio features a 12-foot ceiling and a 180-degree cyclorama. Three 20-foot metal bars on the ceiling allow you to suspend your lighting system. You can control the light with curtains and install flashes as needed.
The black studio
Our entirely black 30 m² (22 x 15 ft) room, with a 12-foot ceiling, is ideal for all your video projects or photo shoots requiring lighting effects and projections. It is available with LED video lights or flashes and offers the possibility of adding different colored backgrounds. Perfect for product photos, portraits with controlled lighting, or any other creative project.
The New York living room
Immerse yourself in the chic and urban atmosphere of our New York living room, a unique photo shooting space. This studio is decorated with a distinctive New York style: bright white walls adorned with elegant moldings, pastel-colored armchairs, lush plants, artistic frames, and stylish rugs. The room is lit by beautiful natural light that is easily controlled with curtains.
The vintage lounge
Perfect for original photo shoots, our vintage lounge is carefully decorated to recreate the atmosphere of yesteryear. This studio is a real treasure for vintage lovers, offering an eclectic collection of vintage items: rotary dial telephones, old magazines, vinyl records, and sound boxes. Since they are side by side, the vintage lounge is also lit by natural light that can be controlled with curtains.

1. Check studio availability

2. Rental deposit
A deposit related to your rental will be required 24 hours before the rental and refunded 24 hours after, depending on the inspection of the premises. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Our rules and policies
The rules you must follow when you rent our studio for your project.
- No outdoor shoes.
- Loitering in the building is not allowed.
- No glitter, confetti, flour, feathers, smoke bombs, candles, incense, paint, or cigarettes.
- All furniture and objects must be returned to their original place.
- In the event of damage to the curve of the CYCLO, video lights, flashes, floor, furniture, carpets, accessories, plants or any other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repair or replacement.
- The reservation starts at the time you book and ends at the time it is reserved.
- The time for setting up, putting back, or cleaning the studio is included in the total reservation time.
- The only adhesive tape allowed is the one provided by the studio.
- The two keys/magnetic cards for the toilets must be returned to their place; in case of loss or theft, you will be charged.
- Notify us if you have a pet.
- It is not permitted to keep the building door open
- Failure to comply with the written instructions above may result in the security deposit being withheld.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the rental.
- A security deposit of $150 is required on the day of rental. This will be returned to you if all equipment, furniture, floors and objects are left in their original condition.
- The booking starts at the time you reserve and ends at the time it is booked for. A fee of $15 will be charged for every 15-minute increment. For example: if your booking ends at 1:00 PM and you leave the premises at 1:15 PM, you will be charged $15… if you leave at 1:30 PM you will be charged $30.
- The time required to set up, rearrange, or clean the studio is included in the booking time.
- Please accurately estimate your rental time when booking. If you need more time, add an extra hour.
- Refunds are given for cancellations up to 10 days before the reservation date.
- No refunds are granted after the 10-day period. After this period, we can reschedule your reservation to a later date.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will not be rescheduled, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- The time for rearranging and cleaning is included in the booking time.
- All furniture and plants must be returned to their original positions at the end of the rental.
- If items are not returned to their original positions, cleaning fees will be applied, up to $150 depending on the condition of the studio.
- In the event of damage to the curve of the CYCLO, video lights, flashes, floor, furniture, carpets, accessories, plants or any other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repair or replacement.
- We ask that you walk with indoor shoes or cover your shoes with the shoe covers we provide.
