Our 3500 square foot studio offers four different creative spaces and a multitude of accessories available for all your photo and video projects. The perfect space to accommodate small and large production teams looking to bring their creative ideas to life.
Our spaces
Discover the different studios that will bring your creations to life. Our prices include the white cyclorama studio, the New York-style lounge, and the vintage lounge. For $50 more, you can access the black studio.
The White Cyclorama
Our 50 m² (24 x 23 feet) shooting studio features a 12-foot ceiling and a 180-degree cyclorama. Three 20-foot metal bars on the ceiling allow you to suspend your lighting system. You can control the light with curtains and set up flashes as needed.
The Black Studio
Our entirely black room of 30 m² (22 x 15 feet), with a 12-foot ceiling, is ideal for all your video projects or photo shoots requiring light effects and projections. It is available with D.E.L. video lights or flashes, and offers the possibility to add different colored backdrops. Perfect for product photos, portraits with controlled lighting, or any other creative project.
The New York-style Lounge
Immerse yourself in the chic and urban atmosphere of our New York-style lounge, a unique photo shooting space. This studio is decorated with a distinctive New York style: vibrant white walls adorned with elegant moldings, pastel-colored armchairs, lush plants, artistic frames, and stylish rugs. The room is illuminated by beautiful natural light, which is easily controllable with curtains.
The Vintage Lounge
Perfect for original photo shoots, our vintage lounge is carefully decorated to recreate an atmosphere of yesteryear. This studio is a true treasure for vintage enthusiasts, offering an eclectic collection of period objects: corded phones, old magazines, vinyl records, and sound boxes. Since they are side by side, the vintage lounge is also illuminated by natural light, which can be controlled with curtains.

1. Check Studio Availability

2. Rental Deposit
A deposit related to your rental will be requested 24 hours before the rental and reimbursed 24 hours after, subject to site inspection. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Our Rules and Policies
The rules you must adhere to when renting our studio for your project.
- No outdoor shoes.
- No loitering is permitted in the building.
- No glitter, confetti, flour, feathers, smoke bombs, candles, incense, paint, or cigarettes.
- All furniture and objects must be returned to their original location.
- In case of damage to the CYCLORAMA curve, video lights, flashes, floor, furniture, carpets, accessories, plants, or any other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repair or replacement.
- The reservation begins at the time you booked and ends at the scheduled time.
- Set-up, rearrangement, and studio cleaning time are included in the total reservation time.
- The only adhesive tape (scotch tape) permitted is that provided by the studio.
- The two toilet keys/magnetic cards must be returned to their place; in case of loss or theft, you will be charged for them.
- Notify us if you have a pet.
- It is not permitted to keep the building door open.
- Non-compliance with the instructions written above may result in the retention of the security deposit.
- Payment is required at the time of reservation to validate the rental.
- A security deposit of $150 is required on the day of the rental. This will be refunded to you if all materials, furniture, floors, and objects are left in their original condition.
- The reservation begins at the time you booked and ends at the scheduled time. An additional $15 will be charged for each 15-minute increment. E.g.: if your reservation ends at 1 PM and you leave the premises at 1:15 PM, you will be charged $15... if you leave the premises at 1:30 PM, you will be charged $30.
- Set-up, rearrangement, and studio cleaning time are included in the reservation time.
- Accurately estimate your rental time when making your reservation. If you need more time, add an additional hour.
- Refunds are issued for cancellations up to 10 days before the reservation date.
- No refunds are granted after the 10-day period. After this period, we can reschedule your reservation for a later date.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance: no reservation rescheduling, unless under exceptional circumstances.
- Rearrangement and cleaning time are included in the reservation time.
- All furniture and plants must be put back in place at the end of the rental.
- In case of non-rearrangement, cleaning fees will be applied, up to $150 depending on the studio's condition.
- In case of damage to the CYCLORAMA curve, video lights, flashes, floor, furniture, carpets, accessories, plants, or any other studio equipment, you will be charged for their repair or replacement.
- Please walk with indoor shoes or cover your shoes with the shoe covers we provide.
